To insure consistent income to sustain costs for facilities, helpers/talent, utilities and all necessary to carry out ongoing research projects, I need a guaranteed monthly income to keep it all going. This would be via a trust or some method of guaranteed income.

Investor receives 50% of the income from any project we develop and sell or license, no matter what area it involves, energy, transportation, motor technology, hydrogen, gravity control, overunity, healing technologies, etc..
