An OverView

For the past 25 years, I have been collecting information, experiments and talented knowledgeable contacts in a wide range of professions and skillsets. It is time to utilize these in a full blown research lab for what I think are obvious reasons.

My plan is to setup a private research lab where many experiments will be carried out by talented participants from around the world, invited to visit and work here for short or extended periods. These experiments will be carried out by their inventors, by invited talented researchers and from our own vast collection of ideas and plans for unique projects, some that might upset orthodox science, others with definite commercial potential.

The goal is to setup a small workshop for experiments and research...rent or buy a small facility with housing or other suitable property with some land (about 3-5 acres), provide guest rooms for the use of visitors/experimenters visiting or working anywhere from weeks to months as well as eventual standalone private housing for team members on extended visits while working on long term projects.

The projects will cover a wide range of interesting inventions and claims...with the intent being absolute, reproducible proof...some would be pure science projects, most will be projects with commercial applications which we would sell to the highest bidder as proprietary information and let them secure patent protection and do with as they will.

Why am I 'the One' to make all this happen?

My talents as Lab Director for this venture are organization, analysis, repair, research, fabrication and experimentation gained from working for three large photoprocessing labs covering a period of over 23 years. I was in charge of the technical support department, which required organizing and running the department including;

• interviewing, hiring and scheduling competent technicians
• creating and maintaining a parts inventory system
• analyzing and repairing complex electromechanical and related systems
• training, assisting techs for a highly successful cooperative team environment
• installing new equipment
• debugging and modifying (Deckerizing) equipment for optimum efficiency by reduced downtime
• working with management to support and maintain high production levels
• developing, initiating and maintaining new support systems
• designing, building and implementing new devices to support production
• and a wide range of related functions which combined to bring the single facility from imminent closure by a highly dissatisfied corporate office, to generating over 2 million dollars profit per year leading to the establishment of 9 additional labs in other parts of the USA based on systems or variations of my successful designs

I have spent most of my life networking with researchers, scientists, engineers, technicians and others interested in or directly working on alternative science projects. As a result I have associates and insights that I believe will lead to several new technologies.

Over that time (since 1988 when KeelyNet went public), I have built the KeelyNet network which is considered in some circles to be the 'grandfather' site for alternative science.

During this time, I have amassed copious notes, many contacts as well as inside information, documents and plans for many incredible devices which desperately need to be built, tested and proven, then made available for production and sale worldwide.

The Vanguard Sciences Lab

Project teams will be assembled, housing and a monthly salary will be provided for each participant. On completion and sale of a project, the inventor will receive a portion of the sale as will each participant on the team.

There will be no patent applications for any project. We will of course do a search to insure there is no infringement of existing or applied for patents so that once we have proven and tested a new technology, the buyer can pursue legal protections for their investment.

Essentially, our primary interest is research and development. Once a project is complete with demonstration units available for testing, a press release and website along with invitations to potential buyers will be offered. A target date will be set for demonstrations to allow engineers and scientists to verify the technology and each potential buyer to make their best offer.

Highest bidder for a technology will receive full proprietary details and assistance for full comprehension and replication of the technology provided, on payment of the agreed fee. At that point, Vanguard Sciences is out of the picture and will move on to existing and future projects, using the sum paid to finance our activities and repay our investor(s).

The scope of our projects and the talent available to research and develop these projects to commercial viability are vast.

The 'tip of the Iceberg' for Projects

The projects we initially have in mind are radical and futuristic, but not to the point of not being achievable. What makes us different is the acceptance of phenomena that defy current 'laws' of physics, yet which we believe we can document, replicate and scale up to practical applications to benefit the entire world.

Thus, your investment will help change our world on many levels as we develop new technologies that we sell for production and marketing worldwide. Sales and use of just a handful of the following projects we plan to research will benefit climate, lower pollution levels and at least slow global warming even though it appears nothing will stop it outright.

Our initial research will focus on

energy generation and transport/gravity control projects

• new sources of power that do not burn or consume materials
• new forms of propulsion, lift and transport
• several methods to greatly increase agricultural yields
• new methods for increasing rainfall and generating water on demand
• produce continuous quantities of hydrogen on demand with little or NO requirement for outside energy
• novel method to store and release hydrogen
• radical method to store hundreds of Kilowatts of electricity in a small space
• compact method of generating 20Kilowatts using natural ambient forces
• home power systems using ambient energies
• novel method to nearly double compressed air for use in automobiles or energy generation devices
• simple technique to increase the output of solar cell arrays
• electronic shielding method to disable functioning of guns, missles, etc.
• several methods of extracting continuous electrical energy from air
• novel water purification methods
• power intensifier to increase torque of any rotating shaft
• novel magnifying device for work or research
• electrical flight technique for earth or space
• two simplified high mileage automotive transmission systems
• novel method for locating metals, gemstones or underground items/deposits
• new methods for healing and we believe even regeneration,
• novel methods of reducing weight in mass
• five methods of rejuvenating tissue (not using stem cells) with potential for reversing aging of the body and extending life
• produce energy and novel effects from the accelerated decay of protons,
• gravity, magnetic and inertial power generation systems
• low energy transmutation,
• new energy sources to power vehicles, homes and businesses which will halt the quest for petroleum as fuel, instead using it solely as lubricants and chemical conversion to useful products such as plastic, pharmaceuticals, etc...
• ...and there are many more projects that have positive commercial potential whose use will not further damage our planet...

Imagine, just a couple of these technologies proven and available for use will change governments and societies worldwide. So your investment is akin to the tiny acorn producing the mighty oak tree, benefiting all under its umbrella. The ramifications are many.

It is a win-win situation for everyone.

Bear in mind this is Research and Development which normally takes many years from inception to payback.

However, in our case, with the pool of talented inventors and researchers in addition to the amount of projects we have waiting to be tested, proven and developed, I fully expect my teams and I will have at least two projects or more, complete and if not sold, on the market for sale within the first two to three years.

What makes this Lab different?

How many organizations have you seen fade away from bankruptcy, bad management or just drone ON AND ON for years and years, always with promises, but never any results? Yet the investors are continually fooled into believing results are just right around the corner.

Why is this? Because the inventor/researcher has found it so easy to get money, that he/she realizes if he does manage to produce results, then the easy life is all over.

In my observations, it appears most business failures simply overspend or put too many useless people onboard (including relatives and friends) which strains the budget and eventually kills the business. A perfect example of this would be the late International Tesla Society.

'Too many cooks in the kitchen' or 'too many chiefs and not enough Indians' is so true in so many cases of failed enterprises.

Lean and mean is the only way to go for maverick and alternative science projects. That is exactly how I plan to run it, with people working on project teams with lots of interaction and knowledge/talent sharing which will result in many new discoveries that will lead to working technologies.

When people are given vast sums of money or realize they can get more simply by asking without having to provide any evidence of progress, they will surely jump on it and take whatever they can get.

Look at all the inventors and researchers who start out with some novel discovery, then are given plenty of money and we either never hear from them again OR they periodically post/publish some trolling statement hinting they are close, yet never a breakthrough despite years and years with plenty of investor money coming in.

Suddenly their work slows as they realize they can milk this cashcow for the rest of their lives if they manage it right.

I think a business, such as this lab, must eventually support itself OR DIE, rather than continue to troll investors for more cash, yet showing no results.

That is why I set it at 5 years which, with ALL THE INFORMATION, technical/management/organizational skills and CONTACTS I have amassed over the years should provide ample time to yield results to repay the loan.

What better INCENTIVE to expand projects and involve more people and groups, than to make an ongoing income stream, not from investors but from results of our efforts?

All I ask is for the investor(s) to provide the seed money and walk away to let us do what we do best, experiment and research to test, prove and sell new discoveries. Quarterly reports will be provided to show projects and results to date.

Why is this Vanguard Research Lab so Important?

Look at the world we live in today. Unending Wars, weather catastrophes, terrorism as a result of interference in the affairs of other countries, global warming, increased DNA scrambling solar UV, mad cow disease, chicken flu, new strains of viruses and bacteria, diminishing water resources, acidification of the oceans to kill off fish, desertification, drought, massive death and misery caused by unnaturally excessive heat, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, fanatical religions and war over land and resources...

He measured atmospheric gases and ocean temperatures, and examined forests tropical and arboreal (last year a forest the size of Italy burned in rapidly heating Siberia, releasing from the permafrost a vast sink of methane, which contributes to global warming). He found Gaia trapped in a vicious cycle of positive-feedback loops -- from air to water, everything is getting warmer at once. The nature of Earth's biosphere is that, under pressure from industrialization, it resists such heating, and then it resists some more. Then, he says, it adjusts. Within the next decade or two, Lovelock forecasts, Gaia will hike her thermostat by at least 10 degrees. Earth, he predicts, will be hotter than at any time since the Eocene Age 55 million years ago, when crocodiles swam in the Arctic Ocean. "Maybe 200 million people will migrate close to the Arctic and survive this. Even if we took extraordinary steps, it would take the world 1,000 years to recover."

What are the main causes of the worlds' problems?

• Interfering with and invading other countries in pursuit of petroleum and other resources.
• Burning petroleum to produce toxic, polluting gases.
• Ever increasing populations that consume more and more resources, requiring more energy and producing more waste.

What can we do to make the biggest positive differences within our lifetimes?

• Discover and implement new energy sources that do not require combustion to produce energy and thus do not pollute.
• Discover new methods of transport, especially flight to allow easy, safe travel to anywhere on the planet and off the planet for colonization.
• Discover ways to alter climate and create water resources to recover vast desert and wastelands for expanding populations.

Deserts of the World - available land mass for reclamation & use 7,050,000 square miles

"Desert lands cover incredible distances. Many who have driven through deserts in the United States may think they are enormous, but they are only the fifth largest in the world covering about 500,000 square miles. By contrast the great Sahara Desert covers almost 3.5 million square miles, the Australian deserts 1.3 million square miles, the Arabian deserts 1 million square miles, while the deserts of Turkestan have 750,000 square miles. Numerous smaller deserts are also scattered across the globe. All are unique, and have adapted to their own particular environments."

World Water Quantity

About 70% of the earth's surface is covered in water. But water also exists in the air as vapour and in aquifers in the soil, as groundwater. The total water supply of the world is 1.400.000.000 km3. (A m3 of water equals 1,000 litres.)

Each year, 119.000 km3 of water precipitates on land and 74.200 km3 evaporates into the atmosphere, by evapotranspiration from soil and vegetation. On ocean and sea surface 450.000 km3 of water falls every year and 502.800 km3 evaporates. Of the freshwater on Earth, about 2.200 km3 flows in the ground, mostly within half a mile from the surface. About 135.000 km3 of water can be found in the atmosphere as water vapour, in lakes, soil moisture, marshes and wetlands, rivers, plant and animals.

Groundwater and fresh water stored in surface bodies and in the atmosphere represent an available resource of fresh water. Most of the freshwater is stored in glaciers and icecaps, mainly in the Polar Regions and in Greenland, and it is unavailable. This is another 24.500.000 km3 of water, forming the 69.5% of the total fresh water of the Earth. All of the above will be addressed in the research efforts of the Vanguard Sciences Labs.

How much of the water can be found in oceans?

As oceans are very wide and there are multiple to be found on earth, oceans store most of the earth's water. This is apparently 97% of the total amount of water on earth, 2% of which is frozen.

Of all the water on earth, which is 97.14% of the total amount of surface water, only 2.59% is freshwater. Of this 2.59% another percentage is trapped in ice caps and glaciers, which is about 2%. The rest of the freshwater is either groundwater (0.592%), or readily accessible water in lakes, streams, rivers, etc. (0.014%).

One final word, we have so many projects that have incredible potential for helping all the people of the world and to return investment manyfold as projects are completed and sold to manufacturers.

Imagine, new energy sources that are super efficient and even self-running which would operate anywhere, learning to reduce or increase gravity at will, novel methods of propulsion and ways to heal and hopefully rejuvenate a damaged or diseased body, even to the point of regrowing organs and reversing aging to various degrees.

Not to worry, we won't be overextending with too many projects as our initial research will focus on;

energy generation and transport/gravity control projects.
